Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RealFluent (we, us, or our) is a subscription learning app operated by Lehman Strategic Partners, LLC. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Free and paid plans

RealFluent offers a free tier (the first track) and a paid Pro subscription that unlocks all tracks and lessons. Current Pro pricing is $9 per month or $79 per year. We may change prices going forward. If we change the price of your active subscription, we will give you notice before it takes effect.

4. Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically each period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal. Payment processing is handled by third parties; we do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account page or by contacting us at hello@imclaylehman.com. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.

6. Acceptable use

The content and prompts in RealFluent are licensed to you for your own professional use. Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the lessons or prompt library, share your account, scrape the app, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the app.

7. Your content and AI outputs

RealFluent teaches you to use third-party AI tools. Anything you create with those tools is between you and the provider of that tool, under their terms. AI outputs can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing anything you use in your business, including for legal, compliance, and fair-housing requirements.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its lessons, designs, and prompt library are owned by Lehman Strategic Partners, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active.

9. Disclaimers

RealFluent is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. It is educational and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lehman Strategic Partners, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law and contact
