1. Overview

This policy explains what RealFluent, operated by Lehman Strategic Partners, LLC, collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to what we need to run the app.

2. What we collect

• Account info you give us: your name and email address.
• Onboarding answers you provide, such as your comfort level with AI.
• Usage data: lessons completed, streaks, and progress in the app.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a record that you are a paying subscriber and a reference id, but we do not store your full card number.

3. How we use it

To create and run your account, deliver lessons and track progress, process subscriptions, send you account and transactional emails (such as password resets and cancellation confirmations), provide support, and improve the app.

4. Service providers we share with

We share data with vendors only as needed to run RealFluent. These include our hosting and database providers, our payment and CRM provider (GoHighLevel and its payment processor), our email provider (Resend), and the AI provider that powers in-app features (Anthropic). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the app. We do not use them to sell your data.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us.

7. Your choices

You can update your account details, cancel your subscription from your account page, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@imclaylehman.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children

RealFluent is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate.
